What's Covered

If your Sundial cable fails due to a manufacturing defect or normal use, we'll repair or replace it. Free of charge. For as long as you own it.

This warranty covers:

• Cable integrity and signal performance
• Connector failure or degradation
• Solder joint failures
• Shielding and jacket defects

How It Works

1. Contact us - Reach out via email with a description of the issue and a photo if possible.
2. We'll assess - Most issues can be diagnosed quickly. We'll let you know if it's a repair or replacement.
3. Send it back - We'll provide a return address. You cover return shipping; we cover everything else.
4. We'll make it right - Repaired or replaced cables ship back to you at no cost.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents - such as cables run over by vehicles, cut, burned, or subjected to extreme physical stress beyond normal use. If your cable has been damaged this way, contact us anyway. We may still be able to help with a repair at a reduced cost.
